Video Review of EasyCap USB 2.0

This video is a review of the inexpensive EasyCap USB 2.0 video capture system which allows transfer of VHS video to DVD. I have not tried it out myself, but am considering ordering this device. Like man people, I have tons of VHS videos that I want to convert to digital. My primary reason for the conversion is space; VHS tapes take up so much more space.

It would be great to digitize some of my home videos taken with my 8mm video camera many years ago so that this some of this footage can be incorporated into PowerPoint or posted online in YouTube.

Capturing Computer Screen Shots

Here are some directions for making a copy of a screen: Teacher Tap-Screen shot. Screen shots can be used in training manuals or other documents that give directions for procedures. Once the screen shot is captured or copied, it can be pasted in programs such and Microsoft Word or PowerPoint.

Some cleanup may be required of the screenshot and this can be achieved by using the Crop tool to remove any unnecessary parts of the captured screen shot such as task bar (at bottom of graphic) or title bar (at top).

Design Templates

A design template adds uniform colors, layout, and design backgrounds to a presentation which creates consistency in design and color throughout an entire PowerPoint presentation. Design templates are available for PowerPoint through Microsoft PowerPoint Templates as well as on other Internet websites. Many of the design templates found on the Internet include specialized themes such business, sport, holidays, computers, academics, and so on.
